Cancellation policy

Believe In U understands situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. You may cancel by contacting us via admin@believeinu.com.au or on 0481 040 880.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment. 

The cancellation fee incurred will be the total cost of your appointment if cancelled within the 24 hour period. 

If you cancel your appointment, even with notice, more than 2 times, we will request a holding deposit to reschedule the appointment. This deposit is then taken off your consultation once you are seen. If the appointment is again cancelled or you fail to attend, the deposit is non refundable.
